We sort laundry by whites and colors, and sometimes further by whites, lights, and darks. We also separate items based on their delicacy to ensure proper care.
Currently, we do not offer spot treatment services.
Yes, we can hang your clothes upon request. There is an additional charge of $0.50 per item for hangers.
Absolutely! We'll make sure all your socks find their match.
We have a set procedure for washing, drying, and folding clothes. If you have special requests within reasonable limitations, we'll do our best to accommodate them. For requests that fall outside our standard process, there may be an additional charge, or we may inform you if we are unable to fulfill the request at this time.
While we strive to provide the utmost care, please note that we require customers to sign a waiver stating that we are not liable for any loss or damage to clothing, as this is a "use at your own risk" service. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will aim to make things right by offering a complimentary service or credit, depending on the issue.

Our drop-off and pick-up hours are most likely 9 AM to 4 PM. We recommend checking our website or calling ahead for the most up-to-date hours.
Our pricing is based on turnaround time:
Next-day orders: $2.25 per pound
Same-day orders: $2.50 per pound (cutoff time is 12 PM)
Two-day orders: $2.00 per pound
Yes, there is a 15-pound minimum for all wash and fold orders.
We'll always do our best to have your clothes ready by your requested time and will work with you within reasonable parameters. If you don't need your clothes folded, we can often complete the service faster. We'll always communicate with you if there are any changes or if we're unable to meet a specific turnaround request so we can all be on the same page.

Pickup and Delivery Questions
Our pickup and delivery service hours are Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling. Please sign in to see currently available driver pick-up and drop-off times and select what works for you.
Our standard turnaround time for pickup and delivery is next business day. This means any orders picked up Monday through Thursday will be returned fresh and folded next day. For any orders picked up on Friday, your clothes will be returned on Monday.
Yes, there is a minimum order weight of $15 for all pickup and delivery services.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.

No, you do not need to be home. You can specify a secure location for your laundry, such as your porch, backyard, garage, or with an apartment manager.
Yes, you can include any special requests or instructions for how you'd like your laundry done. Please provide these notes when scheduling your pickup. We will oblige to the best of our ability and notify you if we cannot.
No, there is no contract or long-term commitment. You can use our service as needed.
Billing is typically done by credit card. You will be charged after your laundry has been processed and weighed.
While not strictly required, we recommend placing your laundry in a sturdy laundry bag for pickup.
If you need to pause your service, for example, if you're on vacation, simply notify us, and we can put your pickups on hold.
